Bill White

Bill White is the Grassland Coordinator for the Missouri Native Grasslands Collaborative, a network of organizations who seek to retain native grassland remnants and increase the acres of planted grasslands for working lands and wildlife. Bill has a career of 46 years in conservation, retiring after 35 years in the private land arena with MDC in 2022. He failed retirement and has been working part-time since then and still can enjoy spending time with 10 grandkids and chasing bird dogs around the Midwest. He enjoys bee and butterfly surveys in his pollinator plantings on the family farm and the native wildflower gardens at home.
