Tours of the farm are an educational experience and include much more than a walk around the property. There is a generous hour of visiting multiple production areas with detailed discussions of the restoration of the soil, the plants growing, and the related opportunities and challenges of many aspects of growing food, decorative and culinary plants, and health. Tour guests may sample edibles when in season directly from the gardens.
