Biography
Dr. Liz Koziol is a plant–microbe ecologist at the Kansas Biological Survey, University of Kansas. For nearly 20 years, she has studied arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, leading research and inoculation trials to restore native grasslands and improve cropping systems. Her work emphasizes collaboration with native plant nurseries, private industry, NGOs, and government agencies to translate ecological research into practical restoration solutions. She is also co-founder of MycoBloom LLC, developing native fungal inoculants for conservation and agriculture.
