Annabel Renwick

Session Title:  From Pocket Prairies to Native Plant Gardens, a Journey in Management and Public and Professional Responses

Dr. Annabel Renwick is Curator of the Blomquist Garden of Native Plants at Sarah P. Duke Gardens in Durham, NC. A native of England, she trained first as a microbiologist. She later completed a doctorate focused on grassland plant communities at the University of Wales and studied garden design at the English Garden School in Chelsea, London. She’s lived in the U.S. since 2008 and revels in the diverse flora and fauna of her adopted country.
