Creating Eco-conscious Neighborhoods: A Developer’s Experience

The presenters will walk you through their experiences introducing native plants to their communities and struggling with invasive plant species, as well as demonstrate how their approach compares to other similar progressive neighborhoods throughout the country. The session will end with a brief description of their next mixed-use development project and how they will incorporate the lessons they have learned to maximize its resiliency.
